how we help
Enterprise AI transformation
with a clear starting point
Our four current offers help executives understand the problem, choose where to invest and design what must change. Each engagement has a defined decision, agreed outputs and an independent next step.
-
Executive AI Alignment Session
For leadership teams with competing expectations or an unclear AI agenda. Establish a shared ambition, explore opportunity themes and agree the questions and actions that need attention. Typical format: a half-day or full-day session, with preparation and follow-up synthesis. Decide direction -
AI Advisory Sprint: Readiness & Direction
For organisations whose transformation problem or starting conditions remain unclear. Establish the problem, assess readiness and constraints, and define a practical action agenda. Typical duration: 2–4 weeks. Define the problem -
AI Advisory Sprint: Opportunity & Investment
For executives choosing among several potential opportunities. Validate the starting evidence, develop value hypotheses and compare options across a coherent portfolio. Typical duration: 4–6 weeks. Choose what to fund -
Transformation Blueprint
For an agreed priority that needs a workable enterprise design. Connect future workflows, architecture, governance, adoption and measures to an implementation case. Typical duration: 6–10 weeks. Design the change
You do not need to start again
Existing assessments, priorities and designs may provide a sound starting point. We review their relevance and evidence, use what remains credible and make any gaps explicit. Executive alignment is optional, and a separate readiness Sprint is not automatically required before investment work.
What we agree before work begins
We agree scope, outputs, participants, evidence access, acceptance, fees and timing. Typical durations depend on complexity and timely client participation. Implementation and ongoing support are not included automatically.
