Typical duration and your involvement
6–10 weeks, depending on design breadth, consequence and evidence quality. We build on accepted discovery, readiness and prioritisation work, whether completed with Sumatran or elsewhere. Relevant operating, technology, finance and assurance owners participate in design reviews.
What happens next
Leadership can authorise a separately scoped implementation, revise the design, test assumptions, pause or stop. A design decision is not production deployment approval.

The Blueprint does not commit you to a Sumatran build engagement. Delivery responsibilities, procurement and provider choices are agreed separately. A Blueprint is not a working production solution, security certification or guarantee of financial return.
